   Thank you for looking this up and watching. If it passes, yes it very well could. If the city has someone who wants to sell something then it would indeed help the one who sold and it could very well be a + for the towns home value. What about us in Santa Clarita?? Nothing. $ down the tube

   Wow, that sounds like a long drive. Thanks for the comment. I’m sorry they made it so easy to move. I’m sure your not the only one that feels that way. Sometimes the moves they make rub us the wrong way so we felt this is one way to show it. Thanks again

   Saw your sign at Balboa and the Old Road, I grew up in SCV, but the recent decisions by the city made it easy for me to move to Kern, and not look back. Good Luck.
