Clickabe Australia Map in excel?

I am after a map of Australia, wherein if one clicks on a state, he can go to data linked to that map. Is there anywayout or downloadable map or so which I can link.
e.g. http://www.realestate.com.au/

This done by creating an ‘imagemap’. I don’t think you can do this in Excel. Check the link below.
