What??? Actually, Bucks County Open Space has already protected this land in perpetuity from development. Bucks County is actually doing the opposite of what you state and doing everything they can to preserve open space from development.

Don’t buy land or homes in Bucks County as the courts are appointing these awful “Board of Views” which are legally stealing land to give to builders. You might buy this pretty home…but it won’t be long till the county comes along and gives a builder permissionb to do what ever he wants with you land. Bucks County courts are screwing homeowners left and right,rich or poor. BUY ELSEWHERE if you want to own what you purchase.
